Our latest projects include:

· We were tasked to provide a combined detailed design, mechanical and electrical consultancy for construction of a new Grade B trade and warehousing facility. The work included base build and fit out M&E designs, detailed design for the provision of a new UPS system to support the operations; detailed design for the provision of a new emergency standby generator system for critical operations across the building; detailed design coordination and main contractor liaison emergency standby generator systems.

· We were tasked to provide a simple, low energy and user friendly mechanical and electrical design solution for a new Grade B office complex comprising of: executive suites, administration suites, training facilities, changing facilities and welfare facilities.

· We were tasked to design a 7 plus hectares modern greenhouse facility for a major supplier of fresh vegetables. Duties included the greenhouse structure, MEP, controls, greenhouse systems including shade systems, photoperiod control systems, plant benches, fog systems, air conditioning, photosynthetic lighting. · We were tasked to provide repair and replacement engineering services required for refurbishment of an industrial facility to be used for production of small home appliances. The task included provision of conceptual drawings, renderings, AutoCAD drawings, cost\value estimating, construction scheduling; structural, heating, cooling drawings
